I have stayed here since they first opened. The last two times I stayed here I had issues and I will be taking a break and staying elsewhere until they improve the quality again. Most of the staff are nice, the rooms are dirty ie. shower was plugged, there were crushed up Oreos or some type of cookie under the sheets and they randomly give you rooms. Do not expect to get a room with a view, even if you order this and even if the hotel explains that every room has a view .

Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel, expecialy the staff which are great and kind. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and the place for take drinks and have some fun almost inexistent. Very good for business travelers.

Tivemos uma experiência incrível no Hotel Ba’Ra em João Pessoa! Desde o momento em que chegamos, o atendimento foi impecável. A equipe da recepção foi muito acolhedora e eficiente, sempre disponível para ajudar com qualquer necessidade. Os garçons dos restaurantes também merecem destaque: extremamente atenciosos e prestativos, garantindo que cada refeição fosse especial. No entanto, o único ponto que nos pegou de surpresa foi a cobrança pelo estacionamento. Isso não foi informado claramente no momento do check-in, e acreditávamos que o estacionamento seria uma cortesia. De qualquer forma, a experiência geral foi excelente e recomendamos o hotel para quem busca conforto e atendimento de qualidade!

A pior estada.
A pior estada dos últimos Anos, primeiramente o serviço do hotel é precário, o espaço kids, somente para crianças maiores de 4 anos, caso contrário terão que está acompanhadas pelo responsável. Limpeza do quarto, não teve o quarto estava cheio de areia, café da manhã, chega às 8:00hs, caso contrário irão retirar tudo às 10:00hs, pontualmente. Então, decidimos pedir o café no quarto, frutas estragadas, pães velhos, resumo, péssimo. Ponto forte do hotel o restaurante do 5• andar, excelente atendimento e pratos excelentes. O estacionamento é uma piada, fica atrás do hotel custa r$25.00 reais, você escolhe brita ou areia, pra sujar os tenis.

A rua é extremamente barulhenta, então, não escolha quartos Frente Mar, mais caros, barulhentos e sem privacidade. Por ser um hotel 5 estrelas a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, também não gostamos da iluminação no banheiro, falta luz.

O hotel, em linhas gerais, é excelente. Acomodações confortáveis e funcionários muito gentis e atenciosos. Ótima localização. Apenas, fomos surpreendidos no check-out quando nos apresentaram a conta do estacionamento, sem que nos tivessem informado, por ocasião do checkin, que o mesmo não estava incluído no valor das diárias. Além disso, ao solicitarmos o serviço de passadeira (terceirizado) deixaram subentendido que não haveria custo por esse serviço, tendo em vista se tratarem de peças de roupas simples, o qual foi utilizado em somente uma ocasiao. Entretanto, no checkout, foi-nos cobrado 270 reais.

Estadia impecável. Desde o check in fomos muito bem acolhidos . A equipe é muito eficiente e atenciosa, sempre pronta para atender a qualquer necessidade. Mimos como agua de coco fresquinha na recepção e chocolate no quarto sempre nos aguardavam. O cafe da manhã é delicioso, com muita fartura e diversidade. O hotel está muito bem localizado. Vale muito a pena ficar no Ba'ra.
