I have stayed here since they first opened. The last two times I stayed here I had issues and I will be taking a break and staying elsewhere until they improve the quality again. Most of the staff are nice, the rooms are dirty ie. shower was plugged, there were crushed up Oreos or some type of cookie under the sheets and they randomly give you rooms. Do not expect to get a room with a view, even if you order this and even if the hotel explains that every room has a view .

Staff were nice. Marcelo from IOCÁ restaurant went above and beyond. The property was clean. Housekeeping was wonderful. Beautiful hotel with lots of plants and wood. Good food in both restaurants. Parking on the back of the hotel needs improvement (half of the parking lot is unpaved), the music at ORAMA restaurant at dinner time was loud. Overall, I was pleased and would stay again at this hotel.

It's an excellent hotel, expecialy the staff which are great and kind. Unfortunately, the pool is too small and the place for take drinks and have some fun almost inexistent. Very good for business travelers.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem um bom atendimento, um excelente café da manhã, excelente roupa de cama e toalhas, banheiro confortável. Como ponto negativo fica o tamanho do quarto, pequeno, pouco espaço para utilização das malas e, também, a janela que fica virada bem para a entrada do hotel, deixando o quarto bem devassado em caso de abertura da mesma.

O hotel para JP bom, localizado no meio da muvuca, barulhento, não vi nada de mais, a pesar dos funcionários serem ótimos, café da manhã bom, piscina fraca, restaurante bom!, quarto normal, detalhe, diária caríssima e você ainda paga R$ 25,00 dia pelo estacionamento, desnecessário!

Hotel bonito, funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Quarto confortável com boa cama e jogo de cama muito bom. Porém a acústica do quarto deixa muito a desejar. Se ouvia sempre as portas batendo no corredor e o barulho da rua (do bar da frente que tinha alguma música). A piscina é muito pequena para o tamanho do hotel e as espreguiçadeiras são aquém para o nivel do hotel. São alguns pontos que não tornaram minha experiência incrível nem justificam o preço que cobram. Café da manhã farto e de muita qualidade mas meus ovos vieram frios.

Incrível!
O Hotel é incrível, novíssimo, bem localizado, atendimento exemplar. O quarto tem a cama muito confortavel, porém senti falta de um travesseiro mais baixo e a acustica não é muito boa. Café da manhã maravilhoso.
