很靠近金湖總站（走路不到10分鐘）（也就是山外車站）房價便宜，然而夠寬敞、舒適、乾淨。不在金城車站，但是，金門的公車來往機場-金湖（山外）-金城的班車足夠多，無須搭乘計程車。
