It is very convenient and clean to stay. The staff members were all very friendly. Breakfast was consistently good as we stayed there for 5 nights. The room cleaning was done very well daily. The only comment we had is the bed/mattress is too soft for us, not hard type, so kinda hard to sleep during the nights. Could be due for a mattress change. Otherwise, everything is prefect.
As I've already filled out the online form, the checkin process was very quick.
The room is very modern and clean.
They offered a free drying room, which is very handy if you're going to the snow mountains.
Plenty of parking in the 2 small carparks and the overflow carpark across the street. We also parked in the medical centre carpark which was better than the overflow as it wasn't muddy.
Breakfast was a good selection of hot & cold items.
We tried out both the Overflow and Clancys restaurants for dinner, and rate the food 5 stars.
The location is so convenient as we walked to the nearby shops and even walked to Woolies, as parking around there is a nightmare during the school holiday snow season.
All in all, we've found a gem and will definitely come back.
We stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The rooms were nice, comfortable and had all amenities we needed for our trip with breakfast included. The location was good within walking distance to everything and a 40 minute drive from the snow fields. Staff were friendly, the restaurant was good and parking was easy. Would definitely return here for another stay.
Great location with a view of the lake. Restaurants onsite and breakfast was included. Would stay here again. Only negative was there is no lift for those requiring mobility assistance
Great location, lots of things to do nearby. The balcony has nice lake view, was beautiful & very relaxing. Children liked to walk along the lake. Not far from the mountains.
The hotel has two options for food and both were fantastic. Breakfast was part of the deal too. Access was difficult as there is no elevator.
We obtained a room that had a double bed and a bunk bed for 2 children. The double bed was up against a wall and was difficult to get in and out of without disturbing my partner.
Location of the hotel is fantastic with easy access to the shopping centre and lake.

We were not made aware of the stair arrangement and found access to our room and dining facility difficult
Check in was simple (as was check out 2 days later) thanks to Tina - she is proffessional, courtious and friendly.
But my biggest like was the bed - I slept for 11hrs! And the breakfast buffet is amazing. I'll be back again for sure.
