Dear Guest, we thank you for choosing our Hotel Mariver for your holiday and we are honoured that you appreciated its seafront location and the beach reserved exclusively for our guests. We regret, however, to read your negative words about our reception team and the service on the floors, which every day does its utmost to satisfy every request and to make our guests' stay pleasant. We apologise for the inconvenience we have caused you by not having the coverture for one evening, just as we regret the breakdown of the air conditioning for the first night. We promptly restored it the following morning by requesting the intervention of our trusted plumber. In order to make up for these mistakes we gladly decided to offer you lunch. Finally, we thank you for your compliments on our bar and the excellent cocktails, which we would have liked you to pay for on the day of departure, just as you would have paid the tourist tax.
