Hôte pas fiable, annulation de dernière minute, fuyez!!!
À quelques heures d’arriver sur le sol américain pour notre séjour en famille, nous recevons un message de l’hôte pour nous indiquer qu’elle annulait la réservation. Aucune explication précise, aucune aide nous a été apporté pour une solution de repli, ce à quoi l’hôte s’était engagée via la messagerie. Pour seule démarche entreprise par l’hôte, annulation et silence radio. Comportement déplorable et inadmissible. De plus, le service d’assistance d’Abritel a été incompétent. Aucune mesure de remplacement nous a été proposé. Le personnel au téléphone a raccroché à plusieurs reprises, résultat une nuit passée à l’aéroport. INADMISSIBLE. FUYEZ CETTE PLATEFORME ET CE LOGEMENT

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Sauber, gute Betten! Busanbindung in die Stadt sehr gut, 15 min Fahrt, Haltestelle um die Ecke. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr gut. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit!
