Spacious Amazing 3 Bedroom!!!

You can see some of New York City !!! from the front covered deck !!! We love this neighborhood I've been living here since 1997 !!! Directly across the street are 12 public tennis courts and a very large park consisting of a soccer field football field basketball courts including a big kids playground and a nice path to jog or bicycle around please feel free to ask me for some tennis rackets and tennis balls !!!

Private Parking is available, this must be reserved and we have limited spots or free street residential parking pass is available upon request, street parking is not guaranteed, you need to drive around and find a spot with in 4 blocks of the unit. No guaranteed parking for instant bookings, the parking may have been rented already.

24 hr surveillance camera of the driveway area.

Please download the New Jersey transit app this gives you the time schedule for the buses and trains.

Available and open 24 hours a day is the Coach House Diner located on eighth Street and Kennedy Boulevard just a few blocks away from the apartment

I also recommend a restaurant called Rumbas it's a Cuban style restaurant with extremely good meals and very inexpensive it beats McDonald's any day of the week !!! It is located near the south west corner of the park within 5 minutes walking distance.

A peaceful quiet neighborhood, perfect for my family.
I really wanted to be able to see New York from the house. I thought the view of NY at night was good enough to remind me where I was. We are from Texas, and it was our first time in the state. We were able to visit NY, and eat at a lot of good food in the area around the house. The park directly across the street is really pretty, and we only saw it in the winter. The House layout it pretty cool. I would stay here again for sure.

Peter and his team did an outstanding job. The location is so convenient to getting around the city. Very quiet neighborhood with quick access to the city. I would recommend Peters place to anyone. Peters help in navigating all the options in transportation was a tremendous help. Again if your looking for a clean quiet and convenient place this is the place. Job well done by Peter and team

I am very satisfied with my family's stay here. Peter and his family were very accommodating and wonderful. They were always available to answer my questions and or fix any issues in the house(which were none). I look forward to my next trip to New York/New Jersey. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment had plenty of room to spread out and having the balcony was a plus. It was relaxing to get away from the city and watch the park life in the evenings. It’s close to grocery shopping, and we had plenty of room in the kitchen. We ended up using Uber (had planned on the bus and maybe the train). Uber is very convenient. Not cheap, but super convenient for the 5 of us. We had minor issues with the air mattress and the patter of feet above. But it was all manageable. A great, affordable place to stay.

Property manager and owner are very accommodating. Space is very clean and lots of room to stretch out. Right across the street from tennis courts, basketball and playground. Near Hoboken, which has a neat little downtown. Easy bus access to Manhatten. Would recommend!

Peter and Matt ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were very responsive to any question or concern that came up and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They have multiple properties to meet the specific needs of their guest. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend, based on the great customer service, this property. The property on 2nd street is across a beautiful park, close to the NJ/NY transportation and neighborhood grocery stores and felt very safe. The property on Palisade is very spacious has a great view of Manhattan from the balcony. Thank you guys for everything!

The apartment was nice but when we were asked if there was anything else we could use to make our stay more comfortable we asked for wash rags and kitchen towels and did not receive them. My biggest recommendation would be to have those available.
