Relatively good location: 20-30 min by bus to Manhattan (but the bus doesn't run that often). The hotel deserves its low rating. The service could have been much better. In the room was very dirty floor, in the room and bathroom flew different insects, there was a bad odor. Cleaning once a week on request, but the floor was not cleaned. The hotel ran out of shampoo/soap and I was told to buy these things at the store across the street. I would like to warn you that the hotel may charge your card extra money in addition to the deposit, be careful! One receptionist said that they “accidentally” charged twice for the first night, and another receptionist pretended that everything was correct. The money was returned after urging and requesting an invoice (the transaction to return the extra $99.97 charged off is reflected in the bank statement). Looks like not just a mistake, but a deliberate action.

I went to the hotel to start the staff didn’t even know how to explain the way to the room. The minute I walked in the room I could see that the room was never cleaned before I got there, the sheets were dirty the floors was never even cleaned and the rest. Went back to the reception and they only offered me another sheet and I would have to change the bed if I wanted to sleep there and they had no other clean room. I asked to check out and get the receipts and they declined giving me the receipts. Worst place ever

The room smelled like urine. It was coming from the bathroom. I learned to close the door bef I left for work. I booked a week online, while checking in I booked several more weeks. Went to pay for second week and there was no reservation so they kicked me out cause they were sold out. I call BS on that. It was a holiday weekend and they sold my reservation for twice the money. Never again will I stay in that crap hole

Early check in charge for one hour is bad
Red roof charges for early check in but housekeeping banged on my door before the 11 am check out and the sign was posted outside. Guests get from 3 - 11 which is a reduced day already Guests should get a credit for early check out
