Has potential but don’t count on sleeping well
The hotel was in a great location with easy access to the train station via Uber. It was clean and the beds were comfy. The staff was not welcoming or helpful. The breakfast was overrated and there was no seating available but you weren’t allowed to take food out. The heating unit in our room did not work properly. It was impossible to regulate the temperature and made a loud, rattling noise all night long. To be fair, the front desk offered to switch our room but I couldn’t convince my teenagers to pack up and move when we got in late from the city. I’m not convinced a different room would’ve been better. Don’t count on getting a peaceful night of sleep.

Great option for those who find the cost of NYC accommodations to be too expensive. I enjoyed the free breakfast each morning and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful. I could not have had a better experience staying here. Bus stop is roughly an 8-minute walk…many buses throughout the day and night can get you to the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Times Squate.

"Per policy, which the fd did not go over, states if you refuse hskp service the first night. Then the 2nd night is almost mandatory they enter your room." Disregarding if I DO NOT want any service or anyone entering my room. I asked for help with the tv. There was no one to help after 10pm-9am. Good luck finding anyone willing to help. Turned out to be more like 930am. All just for them to hand me a remote. Which couldve been done the night prior.... The food was bland but the restaurant staff there was friendly and helpful.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a couple of nights and it was a very nice hotel. The transport options (we used the bus into Port Authority) was really easy and fast. We would definitely stay there again.

Great for a trip to NYC! The shuttle to train station is fantastic, and the ride to the city is 15 minutes! Stuff is helpful and cordial, breakfast is very good. I would go again to my next trip to NYC

My friend and I stayed here for a short trip since it was close to NYC! It was very convenient being a short ride to the trajn station. They also offered a free shuttle, which we didn't use but could be very useful to other guests! The free breakfast was so yummy. Also the restaurant staff is very friendly and the Italian food was delicious. The rooms were comfy and clean. I will definitely be back if i make another trip to the city!
