Front desk communicate with me was poor. I asked for a handicap room and I didn't receive one I only could shower one night because I a heath issues of fall ing I have health issues also I asked for a sofa in my room It took too long for my request to be taken care of.

Had the worst experience ever in our hotel journey. My wife and kids got locked out in the bathrooms. Even though the staff was fast to attend to us but it took some time for the staff to fix the door and eventually they had to kick out of it to have it opened. Place needs to be modernized for safety of the guest.

As we were checking in another guest was at the desk and said she had a cockroach in her room. Once we got to our room it was so outdated and didn’t feel clean. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and the bathtub had a constant drip. It was just not a welcoming facility for me and my daughter. May be fine for adults and other grown ups who aren’t looking for high standards.

I was terrified to take a shower because of the mold in the shower there was hair in the sink. The TV did not work. There was toenails on the floor. I was completely disgusted.

The lobby and elevator were nice but as soon as you stepped off the elevator it was dirty and dingy. Our room had popcorn under the bed, soap scum on shelving in shower, and what looked like a throw up stain on the wall by the door. A/C - Heat unit made a lot of noise that woke us in addition to someone playing ball with their dog at 130am and 3am. Then they have the audacity to more than triple the price for Saturday night due to the football game. Dont stay there!!!
