The hotel was nice and modern . We enjoyed our brief stay there . We basically checked in and then left for an event and arrived back late so we didn’t spend much time at the hotel . Not knowing the area we booked this hotel 10 miles from our event however we got stuck in rush hour traffic and it took us 1 hour and 10 minutes to go 10 miles . This doesn’t reflect at all on the hotel which was great but keep it in mind .

Convenient place to stay if you plan on driving to Manhattan during the day. Good parking, electric vehicle chargers are a nice touch. The lobby has a pool table with a large tv. Our check in was not pleasant. We were given rooms with the floor boards in the bathroom in front the shower completely lifted with black water coming out of it. Based on the previous reviews left here, along with the staffs reaction, this seems to be pretty common among the rooms. The hotel used vinyl flooring and the staff said maintenance was off for the day. Two rooms had the same issue which is a public safety hazard, between the floors coming up and the mold underneath. If we weren’t so insistent on another room, we probably would not have been given one with normal floors. Aside from moving rooms multiple times, it’s a fine place to stay if you only plan to sleep here.

Favorite hotel room ever, with comfy bed, amazing shower and great style. Friendliest staff ever. Pet friendly - both dogs and cats. My wife and I both agreed that we could live there.

We had Giants tickets and were told there would be a shuttle, however, when we arrived no one seemed to know anything about it. The bar was not open our first night because someone called in sick. Really? Our room was not cleaned the first night and we were told it is only cleaned every other day. We had to request fresh towels, cups, etc.
