The house is a one story, decorated in a casual, serene & tropical vibe, with stairs to the front main entrance door. (Sorry, no elevator).

Sip your morning coffee on your private balcony watching breathtaking sunrises & capture surprise visits from our playful dolphins. Watch pelicans and flamingoes glide by or enjoy your cocktails while witnessing the many day or evening rocket launches from Kennedy Space Center, all from your private front row seat.

The Starfish Retreat is a fully furnished one bedroom, one bath with shower stall (no bath tub) with amazing shower pressure. It has double sinks in bathroom, boasts a full-size washer and dryer, super comfortable king size bed with quality linens, pull out sleeper sofa, outdoor BBQ propane grill with a beautiful outdoor sitting area. Covered parking for two vehicles, central AC, microwave, coffee maker or Keurig, generous initial supply of coffee and toiletries so you can pack less. Wi-Fi, ample closet space and a 58 inch flatscreen TV that streams all apps. All linens and towels and a fully stocked kitchen with spices, cookware and oil to prepare casual to gourmet meals. Smoking not permitted and not pet friendly.
