Hotel located on a busy shopping area. It away from other attractions such as the night market 20” taxi ride from hotel. Room was ok. Disappointed with the bathroom. The bathtub was in bad shape with dark rim like molding look around the rim. Enemies limited.

This hotel's location is great being very close to shops and a hospital. It was very easy to go to different places from this hotel. Although there was not a sauna here, I was very happy to use their small gym twice. It would be much better if staff on the groud floor could kindly tell guests beforehand that guests would be charged KRW1000 extra if a taxi was called by hotel staff which would give guests an opportunity to decide if they would like to accept that extra payment of KRW1000 or not. The restaurant on the top floor of 22 had great views of either seeing aircrafts flying nearby or seeing nice mountains and mist above.

The Lotte duty free shopping next door was fantastic. This hotel unlike others in the Lotte chain issued a tax refund receipt which was so greatly appreciated. Breakfast buffet was ok not spectacular but the view is really nice. Fruit is very expensive in Korea and there were limited fruit options compared to the spread we’ve seen in other Asian countries. This is a minor point and overall was a good value stay. We did not use the pool because of the fees and we were busy doing sightseeing tours.

Check-in was seamless and staff friendly. Location good, near shopping street and close to airport. Hotel is dated but reasonably clean. Room quite small. Only paper cups provided in room but there is a convenience store at the hotel though it doesn't open so early if you are taking early morning flight. Socket at desk in poor location which doesn't allow any plug to be plugged in.

The staff were very helpful. One person forgot to retrieve items from the closet and had to rush back to the hotel from the airport. The staff and housekeeping quickly assisted in locating the items and getting her a taxi back to the airport in time for our flight.

This hotel is very average for a 4 star hotel. You better be 'self-sufficient' as there are few choices of amnetities. No toothbrush, no toothpaste and even no cotton pads/ear buds. Only 1 bedside powerpoint and strange thing i cant a local powerpoint to plug in their kettle for use. So...you really got to bring your universal plug. Cleanliness is good, surroundings is good for shopping and food.
