Friendly and helpful staff. Good hotel. Also, good location for F1 Grand Prix, but not walkable to Corniche easily. F1 track cuts off the Corniche facilities, which is also mostly closed.

It is supposed to be a five stars hotel, but it felt like a 4 stars. Sometimes there are some 4 stars that are so comfortable and clean that make you feel like you are in a five stars hotel. This didnt even feel like a good 4 stars hotel. It really needs renovation. It is not very clean. The bed and pillows arent comfortable. The parking lot is very tight. Not a place im going to stay at again

The reception said we don’t have a reservation for you although they arrived after 4 o’clock and my diabetic son had a low blood sugar trying to convince them that they do have because I was not traveling with them My husband called me and I told them that we are vip travelers and I will write what they did… They asked them to wait at the vip lounge until they prepare a room … Ibrahem was very helpful…

I booked the hotel to relax at the pool. I was informed after checkout that the pool was closed. Getting a refund from the hotel has been very trying. It was not listed on this app that the pool was not available.
