تخيل بعد ان تصل تجد حجزك المؤكد ((( ملغي )))
انا مستاء جدا .. فبعد سفري و وصولي الى المكان تم اخباري بأنه لايوجد حجز باسمي .. علما بأن حجزي مؤكد ولدي رقم تأكيد الحجز .. وبعد العناء والتعب من السفر .. اضطررت الى حجز فيلا اخرى وبمبلغ اكبر .. وانا اكرر هنا استيائي الشديد واطالب هوتيل دوت كوم باتخاذ اللازم وتعويضي ان كان رضى العميل يهمهم .
