Premetto che appena arrivati lì abbiamo scoperto non essere un hotel 4 stelle ma un 2 stelle. Malgrado avessimo prenotato da 2 mesi ci hanno detto che l'hotel era pieno. Alla reception nessuno parlava inglese e per capirci abbiamo dovuto usare il traduttore italiano-polacco. Abbiamo scoperto così che era pieno perché utilizzato per ospitare profughi ucraini. Quindi, malgrado l'uso etico che ne fanno, direi che non dovrebbero dare disponibilità su piattaforme come Hotels.com e, sopratutto, non dovrebbero millantare stelle che non posseggono. Abbiamo risolto cercando un altro hotel in zona e, contattata la piattaforma Hotels.com, abbiamo avuto prontamente indietro i soldi della prenotazione.
