This is a house not overlooked, with private pool on a fenced garden of 1000m2 planted with trees, 280 m2 on 2 floors, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that can accommodate 2-14 people and 2 children 3 years (16 beds). It is located in a residential area of ​​JAVEA, 2 km from the Arenal beach, and 1 km from shops (Consum supermarket).
The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 on the first level and 2 upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed (140 cm) and wardrobes, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (or 4 beds) + 1 real extra bed and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (or 2 beds) + 1 real bed extra and cupboards. Two cots are available to you, and two high chairs and a baby bath. A fully equipped kitchen open to dining room / breakfast that also overlooks the terrace and garden.
Outside, you will find the pool, a large living room / dining and a nice barbecue area (fixed and mobile), in the property you can park 3 cars.
In the basement, there is a bar area with additional fridge.
this is an ideal villa for a vacation as a couple, with family or friends.
For your information, the house is available for rent from Saturday to Saturday from mid-June to mid-September, for other periods, please contact us.
We rent at least for 2 nights at the flat rate of 450 € + the cleaning fee.

Great location and villa
We really enjoyed the villa, it was clean, comfortable and well equipped for 10 of us. The pool was great and a welcome when we got in from exploring the area. Lots of shading in the garden and a bbq area was a great addition. The villa does need more fans or air con as 2 fans between 5 bedrooms was tough with the night heat. The villa is in a great location and a car is needed to really explore the beautiful surrounding area.

Lovely villa for large family groups with great pool and outside eating & BBQ area
We have recently returned from a great week in May/June half term holidays. We were 6 adults and 4 kids so the room layouts were perfect for us. Inside is spacious and light and the villa has a lovely outside space. The kids loved the pool and there is a wonderful large outside table where we ate our breakfast and dinner and a lovely seating area in the shade and BBQ facilities. It was very peaceful and cool sitting there after being at the beach. There was paking space for 3 cars and it was a short drive down to the main Arenal beach and plenty of free parking. There are 2 supermarkets nearby where we bought fresh bread and croissants every morning and BBQ food for dinner.

Very nice house.
The house is great and the swimming pool is a must for big families with kids. There was everything in the house that we needed and it was very clean. There is no air conditioning in the house and for people from nordic countries it can be very difficult to stand the heat on the hottest days. But according to Julian there will be a air conditioning installed next year, it will make this house just perfect :) The house is located very central, it is only 10 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to next supermarket. We recommend this house for big families :)

Just perfect for two families! (And even for bigger crew)
We spent a wonderful week in this beutiful house in June 2017. We were 4adults and four kids (6,6,10,10). Ther was enough space inside the house and the house was clean and nice. The garden with the pool area were just great and we spent many nice days∋ghts sun bathing,swimming, enjoying the bbq etc. The neighbourhood was nice and we felt really safe there. There were good supermarkets quit near (and ca,1,5km to the bigger supermarket). There were nice beaches near as well, just 10minutes drive away. Communication with the owners worked well and they were really kind and helpful. Just like Marisol, the 'local lady" who wished us welcome and helped us in many way. We had a wonderful holiday in this house and in Javea. We do warmly recommend this house and Javea to everybody.

Charming villa with loads of space. Marisol was fantastic. Quite a way out of town.
Charming villa with loads of space and well furnished with cooking equipment and crockery. Good barbecue, even had a paella pan. Marisol was fantastic and left a nice little welcome package. The pool was very cold (we were there at Easter). Quite a way out of town and we would have struggled without a car. We found a charming restaurant called don Antonio within a 15 minute walk. Arenal beach is about 40minutes on foot but a few minutes by car. We would recommend a beach at el portet (or Moraira) about 15 minute car journey south.

Nice place and good organised
We really like the time there. Good organised. Everything was there. Some cosmetic things can be better. But we didn’t care. But we can imagine that people fall about it. We were there with a small kid and some adults. But we really enjoyed our stay there. And will book again when we want to go back.

Zauberhafte Villa im shabby chic
Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit einem toll gestalteten Garten, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sind in einem sehr guten Zustand, auch die Fensteranlagen sind neu. Zimmer und Möblierung sind in Ordnung. Die Küche war teilweise nicht richtig nutzbar, am Gasherd war eine Feuerstelle nicht nutzbar und der Kühlschrank sehr alt. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine waren neu. Der BBQ im Außenbereich war leider total sanierungsbedürftig und nicht nutzbar, Pool war vollkommen ausreichend und gepflegt, einige Liegen leider defekt. Nachdem wir geräumt und Sitzkissen für draußen gekauft haben, war trotz der beschriebenen Mängel alles ganz wunderbar und wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach toll.

La pasamos bien somos una familia grande
La persona que te recibe muy amable, la villa está cerca de todo Mercadona Aldi Carrefour las playas etc. Es muy acogedora tiene estancias muy bonitas, la pasé genial con toda mi familia fuimos 13 y de espacio muy bien, la única pega la conexión del wifi muy débil y las teles no tienen canales en castellano por lo demás lo recomiendo.

Un casa en buen estado, con baño reformados, piscina y mucha capacidad para un grupo. El propietario nos envío la instrucciones con antelación y la persona que lo gestiona fue muy amable. A mejorar la conectividad del wifi.

Buena ubicacion, piscina suficiente pero la vivienda necesita reformas y mejoras en el mobiliario.
Lo mejor la ubicacion, la piscina es pequeña pero suficiente para refrescarse, la casa necesita una mano de pintura, las ventanas son muy antiguas y necesitan cambiar la carpinteria, la cocina es poco practica y faltan sartenes y menaje, los colchones son incomodos y las almohadas son inservibles totalmente, Ademas, pedir un 10% del alquiler extra en efectivo y en concepto de limpieza me parece excesivo y deberia estar incluido en el alquiler como es habitual en otras viviendas en las que hemos estado.
