En accord avec la description mais manque de commodités
L emplacement est très proche de la plage et de commerces pas besoin de voiture si vous ne visitez pas les alentours Le jardin collectif et la piscine doivent être petits si les 31 logements sont tous occupés en même temps Si le logement est grand et propre il manque de nombreuses commodités que le propriétaire ne met pas à disposition : pas de climatisation mais seulement des ventilateurs et en période de chaleur c est un vrai manque car la chaleur n aide pas à dormir Il n y a pas de parasol ni de sièges de plages ce qui pose problème quand vous louez car vous ne mettez pas ce genre de produit dans votre valise alors que ce sont des impératifs pour la plage si vous ne voulez pas finir brûlé par le soleil et seulement 2 transats dans le jardin pour un logement loué pour 4 personnes De plus les draps et serviettes sont en supplément Pour la cuisine le tout est assez ancien et si l agence qui loue pour le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible le propriétaire ne fait pas beaucoup d’effort pour les locataires malgré un tarif élevé Xabia est une ville surcôtée Denia à quelques kilomètres est moins cher pour le même produit et avec des commodites plus importantes
