Château de Laulagnet - 3e avec piscine dans un écrin de verdure

We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Jaujac, the castle of Laulagnet, of a surface of 250 m². Restored on the site of a medieval castle of the XVth century destroyed during the Revolution, this lodging which can accomodate up to 12 people has a living room of 50 m ², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful rooms, two bathrooms. You can also enjoy a garden with trees, a covered terrace and a beautiful swimming pool to relax after a day of sightseeing!

The house is composed as follows:

On the first floor :
- A large living room of 50 m² with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area that can accommodate up to 13 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, Senseo coffee pod maker, Italian coffee maker and filter coffee maker...
- Room 1: a double bed (160×190) with access to a small terrace.
- A shower room with a shower, a sink, a washing machine and a toilet.

On the second floor :
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (190×200).
- A bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.
- Separate WC.

The accommodation has an outbuilding, accessible by a few steps from the terrace or from inside the dwelling:
On the first floor:
- A living room with a sofa, a coffee table, a TV.
- An equipped kitchen:

On the second floor of the outbuilding :
- Room 3: two double beds (140x190) and a bunk bed (2 beds).

On the second floor :
- Room 4: a double bed and a single bed.

Outside :
- A beautiful private, unheated pool (4m x 8m, depth 1.2 to 2.2). It is available from April to October and is protected by a manual cover.
- A terrace of 100 m² exposed South-West with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days around and a barbecue.
- A garden facing South East, closed and private.
- A private outdoor parking for up to 3 vehicles.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, washing machine, barbecue, baby bed, ironing board and iron.

The area:
The listed stone house is ideally located in Jaujac, in a very quiet and pleasant environment in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park. You will be able to benefit nearby from all the essential shops in the town of Jaujac.

Activities :
- Spa Thermal Séquoia Val-les-Bains, Thermes de Neyrac, Thermes de Saint-Laurent-les-Bains.
- Hiking in the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Natural Park, visit of the caves of Ardèche and Chauvet-Pont d'Arc, discovery of the Ray-Pic waterfall.
- Water sports on the Volane river
- Visit of wine estates and tasting of wines and regional products.
- Golf, swimming pool, casino, accrobranche, cinema...
- Visit of the surrounding villages: Aubenas, Balazuc, Thueyts.

Transportation :
- Aubenas bus station located at 15.8 km (21 min by car).
- Montélimar train station located at 53.4 km (1h01 by car).
- Avignon airport located 137 km (1h51 by car).

Other remarks :
- Surveillance cameras are installed outside the accommodation and only film the entrances. The cameras will be deactivated during your stay. The swimming pool, terrace and interior of the property are not under video surveillance.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.

A éviter logement sans entretien
Personne pour remettre les clés a l’arrivée, pas de réseau mobile dans cette location isolée. Concierge peu aimable pour les indications de récupération des clés (code de boîte à clés + identification du bien loué). Aucun entretien de ce lieu (très loin d’assumer l’appellation château). Intérieur : meubles cassés (cuisine + chambres) ; poussière + toiles d’araignées ; literie vétuste, lampe de chevets soit cassées soit impossible à brancher en l’état. Meuble de cuisine inutilisable (cassé ou sale), vaisselle fêlée … Extérieur : herbes hautes dans tout le jardin et même au travers des transats mis à disposition, champs d’ortie à proximité de la piscine + végétation débordante. Piscine moyennement propre a notre arrivée ; eau trouble après 2jrs de location. Tarifs pratiqués inadmissibles a la vue des prestations réalisées. A éviter absolument ! Nous regrettons beaucoup cette location (3 couples avec enfants)
