The staff is very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The food was delicious. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
An excellent stay while we were there. Unfortunately, we were evacuated out of Jasper due to wild fires. Staff from Pine Bungalow came around to each cabin to make sure that we had gotten the emergency message to evacuate and then directed us which road to take.
We loved this place. The restaurant was fantastic. The only problem was we happened to be there during a historic heat wave and there was no air conditioning. We will stay here again but maybe not in July.
Great location, quiet, peaceful, close to the Jasper town! Nice cafe at the location that serves tasty and healthy food and has a relaxing atmosphere. Room was clean and comfortable and had a nice balcony. Staff was friendly and kind, they even served a welcome drink at the time of check-in, which was great!
Although an AC would have improved the comfort, the room did stay pretty cool even when the temperature was 84 degrees outside. The cabin was very well appointed.
They are cute little cabins right on the water. The location is great just outside of the town of Jasper. You will need a car to get around. But there are elk on the grounds, which is really nice and they have fire pits and chairs all over to sit and watch the sunset and just get together. The restaurant is good. If you get a cabin with just a fridge it does not have a microwave and the Internet is pretty poor so keep that in mind.
