Good room, spacious, furniture is old. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the queen suite. Staff is responsive and friendly. No elevator, inaccessible for wheelchair or stroller. The price is bit expensive for such an old hotel with limited facilities.

This property is doing well in terms of starting up again after the Jasper fire disaster. We were comfortable and the personnel were good to deal with. In hot conditions, this property could be quite uncomfortable (no a/c), but that wasn’t applicable during our stay. The pool and the dining room are still not open, but that will change in the near future.

1). Dirty carpets. 2) Fridge not working properly, asked to put medically required insulin into main fridge of hotel, told no - would have to move rooms to get a working fridge (after all unpacked etc). Not acceptable service! Other than the above two points, stay was ok but won’t stay again specifically because of point #2.

I called Hotel.com where I did my reservation but I just got the run around. When I was in Lake Louise Banff on my way to Jasper I was told that the whole town was evacuated due to the massive fire and we could not get in to Jasper. I called the hotel for more than an hour but I did not get an answer maybe because they are close and evacuated. I called Hotel .com that I need to cancel not that i intend to cancel but the whole town is on fire and seems they dont know the situation and was told that I will not not get the 100% refund.

Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Loved our room with living/kitchen area at the front and bedroom at back. We did experience some loud rushing water sounds in pipes in the outside wall (end unit) at the head of our bed. We did communicate that to the staff upon checkout. Would definitely stay again just maybe not the end room.

Disappointed for the cost of roomand qhat we got.
Was not widely advertised well enough that there was no AC in rooms. Our self's along with multiple other couples checking in before us were caught of gaurd in the 38 degree weather. The pool was the only source in order for anyone to cool down, it was broken with no time line on getting fixed. We were reassured that we could get a fan for our room, requested 1 twice and never did receive one. 1 fan that was in room was plugged in at a distance that did not work for cooling our self's down. We did try to move it. But other plug-in's did not work.
