The room was incredibly clean and the furnishings were okay. The building itself is very old, low ceilings, no bathroom fans, bed not very comfortable. Underground parking was a plus.

Jasper is a special place to visit. Thanks to the hotels paper thin walls and doors you can share the experience, and your neighbours toilet activities for the duration of your stay.

The staff at Chateau Jasper were friendly and informative. The rooms and facilities were clean. We enjoyed our stay at the Chateau Jasper. During our last evening at the hotel, we were evacuated due to the wildfires in the area. Although it was a stressful event, the staff at the hotel was extremely professional and kept everyone calm despite the situation. We are thankful for their service.
