The coastal track is 40metres from the front door .Your only decision is whether to turn right to experience the natural wonders and epic views on the walk to Bells Beach, or left to Jan Juc beach for a swim. The cafes, pub and shops are also just two minutes walk away making your stay one of great convenience. The house has is brand new with the white on white accent giving the breezy beach house feel you want on holiday.
The ground level consists of three bedrooms, two fitted with Tri - Bunks and the other one with a queen-size bed accompanied with a modern yet generous sized family bathroom with shower and bath as well as double basin, separate laundry and second living room with Smart TV and accompanying ping pong table which opens onto an extensive rear outdoor area.
The upper level comprises of one spacious master bedroom with ensuite, king sized bed and built in robes, a very functional and updated kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, 900ml cook top and marble bench tops, a decked outdoor entertaining area with a 4 burner gas BBQ as well as a sleek dining area with seating for 10 which is perfect for those entertaining nights in.
The feature of this second level is the very comfy yet spacious second living area which features amazing ocean views over Bird Rock and back towards the Jan Juc Surf Beach, perfect for that morning coffee or relaxing afternoon. This idyllic property offers the ultimate in coastal escape and is perfect for a couple or family who are looking for a relaxing holiday in a blue-chip location close to all amenities. The property is also Pet-Friendly (outdoor pets only)
