Love the hotel staff. Super friendly. Hot breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was wonderful. Quite a few outlets in the room didn't work. None of the USB ports worked. The most frustrating thing was that the hotel didn't have my reservation from hotels.com. It took them hours and multiple phone calls to get it straightened out. Very disappointing.

I stayed for four nights and feel that the carpet was never vacuumed as some crumbs that were on the floor remained my entire stay. I even found someone else’s property left on the floor, and turning it in didn’t seem to phase the front desk, even though it’s obvious that finding strange property on the floor means the room wasn’t cleaned well. I stayed away from that side of the room. The window privacy blind fell and they just took that away. I had to keep the blackout drapes down most of my stay. I prefer daylight, but didn’t have a choice. And finally, the room chosen for me was just outside the elevator one the first floor. I heard nearly EVERYBODY coming and going, plus a child jumping off the bed upstairs for more than an hour, and a group of people who had to meet up in the room beside me. This used to be my favorite hotel, but it has been a total nightmare. Staff don’t care about your privacy, noise, and the half-clean rooms. Next time I’m in town, you won’t see me at this hotel, period. Not anymore…. ever again.

What we didn’t like the shower wasn’t clean the shower had mold all around the door in the inside part and some on the wall. Our fridge wasn’t working properly our Icecream melted we had to give the rest to the front desk to hold it didn’t have someone to come and look at it or switch the fridge. We thought it was the freezer only, but the remaining of the trip we ended tossing or deli meat and some other stuff we had bought since we were staying for 4 days. There was water in the inside of the fridge and everything was warm. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows and the breakfast staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good and another plus we love the free bottle water. We would stay again.

A quick stop in Jamestown
The room was clean and secure. The hotel was located right by I-86. The best part of the stay was the exceptional breakfast. They also had fruit and coffee/tea available 24 hours a day.
