Staff here are terrific. Down to earth and professional as can be. Facilities inside the hotel are top notch. City is past its prime, with the attendant problems. Lucille Ball Museum is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

I stayed in room 716 at the Doubletree Jamestown, checking in on the evening of 9/12 after traveling from Washington, DC. The check-in process went smoothly, and after dinner with my wife and 2-year-old at the adjacent restaurant, we returned just after midnight, eager to relax. However, we quickly discovered the shower drain wasn’t working properly—water wouldn’t drain, and the tub had visible residue from standing water. I contacted the front desk and spoke with Jasmine, the manager. She offered to switch rooms, but I explained that moving at that hour would be a significant inconvenience as our child was asleep. Jasmine suggested we switch rooms in the morning once our child was awake. I proposed that we use the shower in the new room and return the key the next day, but Jasmine refused, citing a policy against "occupying" two rooms. We were left with the choice to wake our child to move or wait for maintenance, leaving us without a shower. When my wife asked if we could pay for a second room, Jasmine threatened to cancel our reservation, accusing us of "double booking." It was unacceptable to be given a room without fully functioning amenities, and Jasmine's handling of the situation was unprofessional, especially given it was 12:30 AM. Despite my request, no one from management ever contacted me to resolve the issue.

All around great stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is an excellent value. We slept very well and enjoyed the fitness center, very a convenient and free downtown parking, walking to theater and restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet and high level of service at the hotel restaurant. We would return to Jamestown knowing we can stay at the Doubletree Hilton. (We checked in too late for the cookies).

The staff was amazing so helpful and friendly. The hotel overall was clean. However, the room was so hot we had trouble sleeping in an already uncomfortable bed. We literally were sweating. We cranked down the AC, which was hidden behind the desk, to 65 but the room feel never deceeased. We noticed some stains on wallpaper in the bathroom. No big deal, just wear. I was most sad that you had to be a Diamond or Gold member to get free cookies. Lol. But i bought some. They are so goof, got a cute tin too.

The entry way to the marking garage is kind of gross. The restaurant was disappointing. I thought it was a restaurant and you had to sit in the bar area. Our waitress took forever. I wanted a nice place to celebrate a birthday and this was not the place for that. The food itself was fine nothing great, nothing bad just not anything to rave about.

Horrible. The worst experience from the front desk to the general manager. The lack of management is astounding. One person working on a Friday night and they could not handle it and that is no fault of their own. This place is completely understaffed. This hotel is not up to Hilton standards and if you are an honors member it is not even acknowledged.

Limited parking,near hotel entrance/reservation desk Only one person working .There were apparent homeless man w/child hanging around upper lot sitting on curb smoking what unkn.Handy capped parking apparently non exixtence.room was small, when we drove up from Georgia logging with smaller hotels were very convientient espesiall for handi capped ,Those hotel rate were less than yours & they included a comp breakfast for motel quests. I did like the comp K Cups cofffee good idea,Your key cards usage added security was good,Elevators worked & not scarey.A better choice for hotels/motels for area.
