Pleasant stay
Very pleasant stay overall, and value for money. Service staff , especially at breakfast buffet were very attentive and professional , esp Mr Kori Gunawan and Jon, the GM. My only complaint is however , the choking issue in the bathroom. Bath area is often flooded after two showers n water will flood into toilet area. This is observed that the bathroom floor has very little depth from the toilet too.

Goods: - Good looking lobby, cafe and restaurant - Swimming pools and fitness facility are excellent and well maintained - Rooms are modern and clean Bads: - Take a long time to get the room ready. I arrived at 1pm, hoping for early check-in and the room was not ready. I was told to come back at 3pm. When I came back at 3.30pm, the rooms are still not ready. The front desk are scrambling and took their time to find the rooms for us. - When we check in to the room, there is a strong foul smell from one of the room. The smell seems to come from the drain in the restroom. We called the front desk to get alleviated. The maintenance tried to come several times to try to resolve it but the smell does not goes away. - We stayed in 2 rooms with connecting doors and on both rooms the toilet cannot be flushed. We again called the maintenance several times and they tried to fix it several times. At the end, they seems to give up because they did not come on our last call. We ended up have to use the rest room in the common area. The last part here is not tolerable for a facility that claims to be a 5 star facility.

I use this hotel every month, but the restaurant on the second floor is unhappy. The cooking speed is slow. The staff also forgot to tell them to bring pasta cheese in addition to cooking. We use restaurant every time, but are not improved. However, the lounge staff on the first floor is good.
