Excellent hotel except for...
15 minutes from the city center, which is easily achieved using Grab taxis. A very good and comfortable hotel, and the breakfast was also good. My only complaint is the treadmill which was broken over all 2 weeks of my stay. If you don't use the gym then no problem but I didn't like it.

Very unexpectantly good hotel, and will stay here again. Used the hotel to visit family. Not business and not close to any specific tourist attractions but central to all places I needed like parks and malls.

Great stay especially if you are doing things in the north end of Jakarta. Staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast is very good.

Good if you are there for DWP at the Expo!
The hotel room is old, towels n bedsheet don look clean. They look old and dirty. But the service is very good! The staff are fast and efficient and accommodating to requests. 👍 Location is just opposite DWP festival which was the reason why I visited Jkt! Within walking distance from venue is a blessing after a long nite of party!

Good and reasonable hotel to stay
it was a short stay and purpose was to visit exhibition nearby. It was a pleasant stay at Swiss belinn with to and fro transport facility to expo. Friendly and smiling welcome desk. Breakfast options were good with varieties and their attractions was live egg station near pool area. though the rooms had smoking smell, wherein i asked them for non-smoking room, which was the only highlighted unpleasant experience. Rest, highly recommended
