Neo Manga Dua Hotel is located in the center business and development economy arena in North Jakarta. The location is very strategic for those who want to see around North Jakarta. This hotel near by Damri Bus's pool, so if you want to use public transport to go to airport, this hotel is the answer. Near by a lot of delicious food street court and the street restaurants provide different menu. I like all the staff here started from FO, Such as Saiful, Stefani, Haris, Levina and also cleaning staff Alfian and Asep. Further more the Hotel Restaurant also provide very good delicious breakfast. Thank for all restaurants staff, Chef Ju, Afit and Kevin.
Hotel is 30min from airport. Located next to Mangga Dua Square which is very quiet and most of the shops are untenanted. Room was comfortable. Bedsheets were clean. But bath towels were dirty and torn. Removed my towels on 2nd day housekeeping and did not replace. Shower gel dispenser is empty as well. A little more attention will be greatly appreciated.

The Lobby had a bad smell. I am sure it is not some kind of air freshener that they have used. It could be the central air conditioning that was the problem. The whole lobby smelled like rotten eggs. That was through out my three night stay. The management should look into it seriously.
