Pros: - Staff is polite, friendly and helpful. - bed is comfortable Cons: - Extremely noisy at night. Vehicle noise is heard clearly whenever it passed the road. - air conditioner in room is noisy. It was a lot over-sized. And control is by on/off after reaching the set temperature. So, kept hearing the motor on/off noise - I stayed at suite room. But whole room got only one tissue box. Not handy. I asked housekeeper to provide two more, one was put next to bed, another was put on office desk. - no arm rest on office chair.

Excellent service from everyone I came across. This is the standard all hotels should be aiming for around the world. In particular the service and comfort in the Lounge was extraordinary. Special mention for Jenni and Dewi who were both exceptional. The food choice for both breakfast and evening service was one of the best. Rooms very clean, room was big and bed excellent.

Very nice hotel with very professional staff. There were some problem when checking in but they did a very good job solving it. Mr Raymond Soetrisno was very helpful and professional and solved all problems that we encounter and made our stay super nice. The hotel is everything you would expect from the Mandarin Oriental. The hotel staff and service were spectacular, the restaurants, club lounge, bar and pool area were outstanding. The hotel is within easy walking distance to a huge shopping mall that has a variety of restaurants to choose from.
