The staff was terrible I bought new soccer shoes left them in my room and when I came back they were gone. I asked the staff about them maybe cleaning staff misplaced them & they then proceeded to accuse me of lying and all they did was write a report and “opened” an investigation. They were so rude about the situation and accused me of lying but did nothing to try to reimburse my cost or finding my shoes.

Its near to shopping Mall Mangga Dua. Just walking distance but far from Mangga Square. The taxi around hotel is quite expensive! But i am sure its out of your control. At night its nothing we can do near that area because Mangga Dua is close early around 6pm. To find halal food court also far and not so many stall near the hotel. Its important for me and my family of 6 to travel far without private car

This was my third, and probably the last visit to this hotel. They need a major renovation of the facility. At least they need to do drastic bug control measures. During my one week stay, the first thing I did when I got to the room was to kill roaches, at least 3 of them everyday. They were mostly in the bathroom but some also found on the TV cabinet and ON THE BED. The front desk kindly provided me an upgrade to the executive suite but I still saw them everyday and I also struggled with mosquitos. I saw mice in the restaurant and the lounge during my first and second visits. The restaurant served moldy cakes in the morning, the TV never picked up the signal and the remote didn't work correctly, the bell boy was insistent to carry my baggage and never left my room until got tipped. I emailed the hotel to ask about the payment after the visit but no reply. To be fair, most of the staff were friendly.

Doorman and receptionist is not welcoming upon arrival for a 5 stars hotel. I have to carry my own luggage throughout the check-in process. Receptionist clearly didn't care. Room is outdated and need serious repairs. Missing amenities such as facial towel, slipper, toothbrush. I have to call housekeeping to request it. Broken hair dryer. No cabinet for clothes storage. Dirty sheet. Old towel. Breakfast is below standard. Area is dead after 6pm. Stay away from this hotel.

A hotel good for shopping
I booked 2 rooms. However when I arrived 1 room was ready although I arrived after the check in time. When I got the other room, towels and other amenities were not complete. I didnt like this situation.
