Important thing to know - to go up in the elevator you need to wave your key card over a sensor above the keys before you try to press the button for your floor. Also the young women in the cafe (Daniya??) is very friendly and helpful (she likes to practice her English).

Friendly and Accommodating Hotel
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. We appreciate the hotels eco-friendly attempt to reduce the number of towels being used. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and attentive staff. It was nice to have cold juice available in the lobby. We also ordered lunch here and the mie goreng was some of the best that I have had, compliments to the chef! M. Iqpal and the hotel staff also helped us to arrange a late checkout along with a free airport shuttle without any problem. The ride was comfortable and the driver was friendly. He even dropped us off right at our requested location. We appreciate the flexibility of the staff for accommodating our travel schedule needs. Overall, our stay was great and we look forward to staying at Fairfield by Marriot Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport again for our flight back home! —— In the future, it would be convenient to share the hotels WhatsApp phone number to help arrange for a shuttle for travelers who do not have a local cellular plan… but this is just a recommendation.

The hotel is in a good location for travellers heading to the airport as it helps us avoid the notorious jams of Jakarta. However, dining options are limited as the surrounding area are mostly hotels , hence all dining options has to travel or by hotel.
