The room was small and the hotel as a whole is quite narrow. The food was fine, nice breakfast. The WiFi quota ran out quite quickly and I had to get new passwords regularly. Clean rooms, pleasant staff. OK
We informed to the front desk we are coming late but once we got to the hotel they send to room it was terrible experience we had dirty bed cover in the bed pillow cover not washed everywhere dust no toilet paper when I call to front desk ignore the call no response and other day morning I had spoken to the front desk person if there any responsible person I can talk no one there I strongly recommend to please don’t stay there anyone and I will never go there my self and no suggestion to anyone.
Thanks.
We arrived to find that our reservations were not there, though we booked in August through hotels.com and had email confirmation. After calling hotels.com and explaining, their rep called the front desk and they somehow found our reservation but said that our reservation number had changed since we booked. Not a good start, as we had travelled over 24 hours at that point and were extremely tired. We had to pay for an early check in, which we had to also wait for while they “cleaned” our room. In quotes because it wasn’t quite so. Then there was a dispute over whether our reservation included breakfast. They argued that it didn’t, but we showed proof from our printed reservation email. Another hassle. While we waited for confirmation of our reservation, we asked for some tea to tide us over until they could find our missing reservation. Of course promptly we were given a bill for that service. Felt like we were nickled and dimed to death. Discovered that their menu did not include non-vegetarian items, nor any wine or beer available. In fact we were not allowed to bring our own into the hotel, according to a large poster in the small lobby. Apparently this is their policy, which Should have been noted in the hotel listing by hotels.com so it didn’t surprise us as guests on arrival. Will not return here to stay for future business trips.
The staff is very rude. The room was dirty. The sheets & pillow not changed. Food stains all over the dirty bed. The bathroom was not clean. Shampoo & conditioner were half used bottles. when i asked room service why it was not replenished - i was told "it came like that". Very unfriendly. Save your money & book elsewhere. Lots of other hotels in the near by area.
They have not provided rooms as per booking. When we discussed the they told next day we will give the same room.
But next day they don't.
We have waited 1/2 hour for water. They ware not able to serve. Really bad experience.
Worst experience ever. Hotel first lied about how our room didn't have electricity and that we were being transferred to another hotel. On checking through app this hotel was one third the price. Then when we insisted to see the room without electricity they admitted they had sold out room on after keeping us waiting for 2 hours!!! Refused to put us in another hotel of the same standard and refused our money back also. Still not had an email back from hotels.com concerning my refund as I am a gold member and also my promise of alternative accommodation.
After all the
Money I spend through this sight and spending nearly £20 ringing from india to a uk no I am absolutely disgusted with the service and have serious issues about using this service.
The dining area of the hotel was dirty to the point of being unhygienic. The linens, crockery, cutlery etc. were all stained, and unwashed. The quality of the breakfast buffet was very poor. The housekeeping in the rooms was very poor. The linen and towels were stained. There was a layer of dust and grime on the floor and furniture. The shower wasn't cleaned and there was no hot water. The water was lukewarm at best for our entire stay! On a positive note, the staff were pleasant and obliging, and the hotel was conveniently located eg proximity to the station and the free wifi was good .But ,unfortunately, we will not be returning here.
Hotel at Chomu Circle close enough to Diggi palace
Sheets were not too clean, AC on in winter which we could not regulate, one bulb fused in a bedside lamp and staff not immediately responsive to our complaint. However, we had dinner one night there and that was good. The staff needs to learn what the 'service' industry is and shape up their service.
My family and friends had a pleasant stay the hotel was clean and comfortable.
The only problem we had was the staff could not understand English and also the breakfast was very basic. We had to request for the room to be cleaned everyday and Toiletries were never topped up.

Disliked: Cleanliness
More like a 3 star
It was rated a 4 star but that's a bit of stretch...more like a 3 star. Minimal towels seems to be the norm in India but I thought a 4 star might offer more than just 1 hand towel. It was nicely renovated but the cleanliness needs work. 1 pillow case was used ie had hair and smelt perfume on it. Glasses in bathroom looked like it was only quickly rinsed ie not wrapped in sanitary paper and had stains plus an odor to them:( Breakfast buffet options seemed kind of sparse and lukewarm. It was in a bright room on the top floor but very stuffy. Location didn't seem very good as not much to see or do around hotel.

Business hotel for short stay
It is nice no frills hotel for a short stay. Room sizes are small for a family but we managed with an extra bed somehow in the room. Staff service is good and pleasant. In house coffee/tea maker missing and it could have had immense value if provided. with the price they are charging few coffee /tea bags is nothing or keeping in house bar. Buffet breakfast was a nice addition, but ambiance could have been better with plants / and dining room design. Quality of breakfast could be improved with fruit juices/ pan cakes option.
We found the staff most obliging and attentive to our needs. Even at 5 am hotel personnel went out in the dark a block from the hotel to bring us a taxi to get to the station that was only three kms away. The food was great and we could not fault the service.
The hotel stay was nice and very close to major tourist sites.
The food was awesome and really appreciate the hospitality shown by the staff + manager.
Definitely recommended for families.. :)
One night stay at the end of a very intensive two-week trip to India from the UK. From my arrival the staff were helpful and attentive. The whole hotel is stylishly furnished with modern tastes. Prices (for a Westerner) very reasonable. The hotel arranged an evening trip with a driver at very short notice and were able to direct me to the local shopping area for gifts. Close enough to the railway station for rail travellers, and about 15 minutes from the airport. I only had one meal in the hotel, but it was freshly prepared and delicious. (Meals are only served in rooms, there is no restaurant, although there are tables in the lobby to take tea or coffee.)
No gripes, although I did find it odd that it is impossible to make an external call from the hotel's phone system (confirmed by Reception that this wasn't just my technical inadequacy). Decent broadband though, so even if--like me--your smartphone isn't enabled for roaming in India, you would still be able to Skype/Facetime.
Great little hotel. No hesitation recommending it, or returning when I'm next in Jaipur.
