Welcome to our farmhouse! We are delighted to have you as our guest. Please take a moment to complete the
following information and read and acknowledge the rules and regulations before submitting the form.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
• OCCUPANCY: You agree that you will not permit more guests than stated on your reservation to stay at
the farm.
• SMOKING OR ANY ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE: It is strictly prohibited inside the farmhouse building. Guests are
solely responsible if any damage occurs to the property.
• DAMAGE: The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss or damage to personal property
sustained by Guest(s) during their stay. Guests are encouraged to have their own insurance coverage.
• ID PROOF: Every guest must provide their Aadhar card and two original driving licenses to the property
manager.
• SAFETY: Please lock doors and windows, secure your vehicle, and protect personal items at all times.
Neither The Hallway nor the farm's host is responsible for any loss or damage to your personal property or vehicle
while parked on the farm. Unruly or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited on the farm premises. Additionally, you
agree to comply with laws and ordinances applicable to your conduct during your reservation, your use of the
accommodation, and the possession or use of any illegal substances on the farm.
• PETS: Pets are not allowed without prior approval from the Host and are subject to additional terms and
fees.
• Check-in and check-out times: Check-in and check-out times are as stated in your reservation. Please
contact the farm using the provided booking information if you are interested in early check-in or late check-out.
Note that early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available due to the unique nature of the Farm Stay.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made before 7 days will receive a full refund; after that, no refund
will be given.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of _________________ is required upon check-in. This deposit will
be refunded in full at the time of check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the rules and
regulations. Any damage or cost to the farm that exceeds the given amount, is not disclosed, intentional, or not
covered by the property damage protection program will be charged to the credit card on file, and you hereby
agree to pay any such charges.
• SOUND: No sound should be played after 10 pm in the garden and inside the building keep noise levels to
a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am.
• UNUSUAL CAUSES: We are not responsible if there is a power cut-off by the Power Station. No refund will
be issued. We can arrange a generator if needed (charges apply).
• INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold The Hallway and the farm host, along with
their respective employees, agents, contractors, representatives, and successors, harmless from any and all
liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury
resulting from (i) your breach of this agreement, (ii) any violation of law by you or your guests, invitees, or
licensees, (iii) your use or occupancy of the accommodation or the farm, including any damage to the
accommodation, the farm, and any personal property of any guest, licensee, or invitee located there. Indemnified
claims under this section include, without limitation, claims for bodily injury, illness, or death (including to other
guests at the farm), property damage or destruction, and loss of use of the accommodation or the farm.
By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read all the provisions of this addendum relating to the
participation, fully understand the terms and conditions expressed herein, and have freely chosen, on behalf of
yourself and your invitees, to assume the risks associated with participation. You also agree to the provisions
releasing the Released Parties from any liability related to engaging in the stay.
This Addendum shall be governed by the laws of the Government of Rajasthan and is subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction.
