Shady place from the time of arrival. Appears to be an extended stay with a lot of random people in and around the parking lot and lobby. The ones in the lobby were sort of lounging around and I got the feeling they were just hanging out with the front desk woman. Booked room on hotels.com but card was of course swiped for incidentals. After check out noticed a charge for 126.42$. Nothing was charged to the room and this was charged as a point of sale on my account (just like a merchant such as Walmart would show), not a pending hold release. Called for clarification and the person told me to email the manager because she already left for the day. I emailed the person he provided the email address and waited 3 days, no reply. Called hotel again and spoke with manager( that didnt reply) who stated it must have been an error and that she would do a refund and it would take 7-10 business days. I then asked her if she could send me that in an email and she said Im getting ready to leave for the day and I will send it in morning (it literally would taken 2 minutes). Over 20 days later, no email, no refund. Im convinced this was an intentional scam due to the lack of refusual to communicate in writing and there never should have been a charge from Wyndham since I booked on hotels.com. Will just dispute it with my bank but beware of this scheme!!!!

Great Hotel! Terrible Customer Service!
To begin with, the hotel was fairly satisfactory! The rooms were quite pleasant, which contributed to my choice. Additionally, we had arranged for a chef friend to cook in our room. We opted for the two-bedroom suite because it featured a fully equipped kitchen, a large stove, and a dining area suitable for four people. Moreover, we had tickets for the Jaguars versus Jets game. Upon our arrival we checked in, received our keys, and headed to our room. To our astonishment, when we opened the door, we found someone already occupying the room! While it was quite embarrassing, it also posed a potential risk. As a former police officer, I was carrying a weapon that night. Fortunately, the situation went unnoticed. We returned to the front desk to address the issue, and the young clerk appeared quite flustered by the mistake. She then assigned us another two-bedroom suite. However, upon entering that room, we discovered that the beds were unmade and the room seemed to be undergoing repairs. We went back to the clerk, who then contacted her manager, by phone. Eventually, we were given accommodations, but unfortunately, they were two one-bedroom suites. The Manager tried to tell us that the one bedroom was not any different from the two, check out the pics! The stay was great and customer service was not! I had more 1500 word limit.

The first floor near the gym had smoking odors. It permeated in the hallway of the first floor where I was staying. I don’t mind hotels that authorize pets; however, I did not appreciate dogs constantly barking during my stay. There was also daily noisy construction near my side of the building. Also, the folks in the hallway were noisy, whether yelling or arguing at each other, slamming doors and furniture around, or blasting music. And while I understand that the pandemic changed a lot of the normal procedures, I have never been told that I’d be given new bedding if I brought the old ones to the front desk. Basically, the clerk was saying I needed to change my own sheets even though housekeeping was there on her phone sitting in a room she was suppose to be cleaning. Eventually, the housekeeping rep came to assist with the changing of my sheets. It was obvious that previous guests smoked in the room I stayed in cause I found a cigarette butt and burn marks on the curtains. There might also be a bug problem, as two mini roaches were found in my room. I did appreciate the clerk that initially checked me in and having the washer dryer in the suite. Made packing a little bit easier.

Great location. Easy access to major arteries. Didn’t like smell of pot in the Parking lot and people seemed to be sitting hours in their cars overnight. Not sure if that was a common thing but seemed pretty regular that weekend

I love the property. My room was big, I like having a washer and dryer to myself, a kitchen, and a nice big bathroom. And I like that I can access my streaming services on the tv but it signs you out every morning. The WiFi is always strong and never dropped. The gym was decent and had a lot of stuff to work with. I didn’t like that housekeeping only comes to your room once every 7 days. I did a lot of shopping while i was here so I had many amazon boxes and takeout garbage in my room the entire 6 days. I asked front desk if i can at least get the trash removed and sad to say I couldn’t get that. For people staying only a short term like me should be able to get housekeeping more frequently.

Nice extended stay
This is a wonderful extended stay. It had a washer and dryer combo set with full kitchen and large refrigerator. We went to see the Georgia Florida game and came back to the patio area with other guests and had a wonderful time listening to music and getting to know each.
