Atlantic Sunrise A&B - Listing for Entire Duplex

The beach is your backyard! Our home is a guest favorite, with many repeat bookings. This duplex is perfect for family vacations. There are TVs throughout and balconies with beautiful views! The first level on each side offers a bedroom and bath, a spacious great room, a dining area, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The great room includes comfy couches and a large HDTV. Step outside to oceanfront decks and patios. Set up your laptop and enjoy the free high-speed Wi-Fi. The big kitchens are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances large and small. Publix, Harris Teeter, Winn Dixie, and Walmart are nearby to get everything you need for delicious family meals. Upstairs there are sunny main suites on each side. The main baths boast large walk-in showers and separate powder areas. The second floors also include private bedrooms that have two twin beds and private baths. Spacious, convenient, and beautifully appointed, located in a private oceanfront setting. There are two parking spaces on each side of the duplex. Oversize vehicles will not fit.

Located centrally just to the north are Sliders and Dairy Queen. Travel a bit further north and you'll be on Main Beach. Make a left and visit Ft. Clinch State Park. This Civil War-era fort is full of history in a beautiful state park. There are many top-rated restaurants, shops, mini-golf, movies, kayak rentals, horseback riding, river cruises, music, ice cream, and bike trails. We are happy to provide recommendations. Come and explore one of Florida's best island towns!

NOTES:
City of Fernandina Beach - Resort Rental Dwelling License - License Number: RRDP-000379-2019 and RRDP-000381

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. The renter must be 30+ years of age. We can accommodate mixed-age groups such as families. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy.
There is a $500 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart.

One dog is allowed, there is a non-refundable fee and guests must sign a pet addendum to the lease. We occasionally allow two small to medium dogs. Please inquire before booking.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

There are four parking spaces and room for a tiny car or motorcycle in the middle of each side. No oversize vehicles, boats, trailers etc. They won't fit.

We needed a place that would hold 10 adults and two grandkids for Thanksgiving. The place is dated but clean and very convenient to the beach and downtown Fernandina where we spent most of our time. Our kids really liked it and the location. My only “complaint” is that there could be more glassware and coffee mugs per side.

This was the perfect spot for a ladies get away! ocean front, everyone had their own room and bathroom! The adjoining decks made it so nice to get together and chat! Sunrise was beautiful!

Great Stay
We had 10 guys get together for golf & fishing here, worked out really well. Great access to the beach and just a short rideshare from downtown. Slider’s was in walking distance and our favorite spot of the trip. Living rooms easy to have big groups watching football, movie, etc. Julie was super easy to communicate with and the Coastal Wave emails were thorough and prompt. Will stay again if we end up back in Fernandina!

We rented this pair on condos because there were 9 gals making the trip and using both sides really worked for us. The condos were perfect for our needs - quick walk to the beach, easy trip to a lot of great restaurants, plenty of beds and space for 9 friends!

A great location. A place I can live at forever.
My family and my dog really enjoyed staying here. We spent a lot of time on the deck hanging out, playing music and BBQing. My dog spent most of the stay out on the deck. Great view. The ocean sounds from the bedroom were heavenly.

Enjoyed family beach trip!
The house was clean and well stocked. With a large family sometimes it can be loud, but in this split house it was Quixote as you could not hear other side nor hear from upstairs the crowd downstairs. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and the close walk to the beach. Great stay!

I stayed here during my spring time wedding, and while plenty of things went wrong at the wedding, this beach house was the one thing that went off without a hitch! It was perfect for me, my mom, aunt, and a couple brides maids to stay at and spend time together. Amazingly the sound insulation is pretty good between the two sides. Also, the driveway is large enough to easily fit 5 cars. And best of all you have control of your thermostat and can actually turn it down! We lost some of my wedding jewlery at the house and the rental company was great at letting us search the house the day after check out. I loved it here, a perfect home on a nice quiet stretch of beach, I'll be back again for sure!

Perfect for a getaway with old friends
We rented both sides of the property. There were nine of us, some couples, some singles. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was ideal. Lots of seating room for all of us to gather together. Easy to go back and forth between the two sides.

Great for a group!
I rented both sides of this house for a bachelorette party and it was perfect. The location is great, the ocean views are amazing, and it’s well equipped to handle a big group without everyone feeling on top of each other. The units are “well loved” and dated, but comfortable and seemed fairly clean. Would stay here again if bringing a big group of people who are looking for a low key Beach vacation!
