Horrible! We tried to check in at 2:00 am after a very long trip from MD. They were running their night audit so there system was down for 40 minutes. They don’t offer us anything and blamed us for not calling to tell them we would be checking in very late. I had two sleeping (now awake) kids in the car. We left and had to find another hotel

The hotel is right on the river walk, which is very pretty at night. The staff were all very friendly , we went for a concert and were pleased to fund that they had a shuttle bus available to the arena for the concert.

Called the hotel a few times for help with booking transportation to and from the concert. No one would help us. The carpet had large stains, the shower was dated and moldy. To top everything, they charge your debit card for incidentals. They charged my card three times at $50 each and a brand new charge appeared today 12/23 and I am not even there. Looks very dishonest to me.

Completely shocked
I have stayed here on many occasions since 2020. I have never had a bad experience or any issues in the past. This trip, my TV had no internet, so I no access to streaming servicea. I only had access to a few news channels. I was also not given a wifi password. When I contacted the desk, I was told the hotel was booked up and the Internet was just slow. No attempt was made to do anything, nor was I even given an apology. I fell in love the hotel but, I'm skittish now about staying in the future.

It was just ok. Staff was arguing with the room cleaners because the rooms weren’t ready. They had to put us in a different room because the first room was wrong. Be careful when you are booking river view rooms because not all of the rooms have views directly of the river. If you look out the window in the very corner, you can see the river. We paid for a Riverview room and it was disappointing. Rooms are average

Hotel checkin was smooth. But, Paying for parking was time consuming and a pain in the add. Scan a QR code and add a credit card and pay separately from the hotel bill. $16 per day. What a rip off. Downtown Jax is deserted. Parking fee is a money grab

Only two towels Periodt! No shower mat. No hooks in bathroom for extras - no ironing board- no valet for oversized suit cases- ice vending was difficult to find and far from room. Mold on lid for ice bucket. Not what I would expect form brand - bar staff was very nice - this was an over night stay for an office Christmas party but have stayed before for other occasions
