A large surfboard and beach themed decor create the perfect coastal setting. Enjoy a family movie after a day of fun in the sun on the large flat screen television!

The adjacent dining area features a wooden table with chairs on one side and bench seating on the other. Two barstools sit at the counter for additional seating. The nearby fully equipped luxury kitchen creates an ideal space for preparing a scrumptious family meal. Granite countertops, stunning white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances are all features of this grandeur kitchen. A laundry area with a stackable washer/dryer is also conveniently located off of the kitchen.
