Rare opportunity to rent the only pet friendly vacation rental estate in Jacksonville Beach consisting of a main and guest house each with their own private heated saltwater pools. Main house sleeps 14 and guest house sleeps 8. The estate is professionally designed in a beautiful and relaxed beach style and are stocked is all the necessities and then some. Once the suns sets, head to the game room complete with pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board, foosball, darts and 50" TV.

The estate is professionally designed in a beautiful and relaxed beach style and are stocked is all the necessities and then some. The main home is the perfect space to host multiple families with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate living spaces and large entertaining areas including a fully equipped game room. The freshly renovated guest home continues the beach theme and open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each home has a covered outdoor entertaining space and heated pool that rivals any resort. With a gate in the shared fence that connects these homes it transforms them into the perfect space to host any vacation and with the tropical landscaping it is sure to feel like your own private spa and resort. Once the suns sets, head to the game room complete with pool table, ping pong table, shuffle board, foosball, darts and 50" TV. The estate is also just a short walk to the beach or favorite local park equipped with skate park, tennis court, sand volleyball, and basketball courts, huge playground, everyone is sure to find something to enjoy. We even supply the sports equipment. This is such a rare and in demand property, we recommend making your reservation a minimum of 12 months is advance. We do accept reservations up to 36 months is advance. If your group size exceeds this estate, please ask about our other properties in the area for additional accommodations.

Only half mile to the beach and 6 houses from an amazing local park equipped with skate park, tennis court, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts and huge playground, everyone is sure to find something to enjoy.

The pool heaters are electric and draw in heat from the outside air that has been warmed by the sun. Heat pump pool heaters work efficiently if the outside temperature remains above the 45–50ºF range. When we experience lows below 45º, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45º, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Our stay was nothing but amazing! We rented both houses for our wedding, the homes and the yards were so beautiful we decided to just do the wedding in the back yard. Amazing Property
This property had everything we needed and then some. Amazing location with an easy walk to the beach, and short drives to many stores. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and right next door to the park. The main house was spacious and laid out well, no issues with bedrooms and sleeping arrangements - both properties easily fit our large family. The large living and dining room, as well as the large kitchen island, made the experience even better. We couldn't have asked for anything better, everything about the home was great. The outdoor space was great, both pools were well maintained, and the bocce ball and putting green just put it over the top. The houses came equipped with a large game room and plenty of equipment for beach visits. There was something for every member of the family, regardless of age. Well done. We had an issue with the upstairs HVAC going out the afternoon of July 3, in 95+ degree Florida heat, and the property manager had someone onsite within the hour and the issue resolved a few hours later. We were very thankful for quick response! Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better location and housing for our large family. Everything was better than expected and we would stay there again.

Great place for multiple ages
We had a broad range of ages, and the location allowed everyone to have fun doing all different activities. The park right down the street was a perfect way to spend each evening (it has something for everyone)! It is a quick drive to the beach, too! The house itself was spotless, simply but beautifully decorated, and well-stocked! We appreciated all the small touches and especially having k-cups and garbage bags stocked and ready for use!! The backyards were cozy and comfortable. Shade for those of us who wanted shade, and sun for those who wanted sun. The kids loved having two pools to choose from!

Houses were beautiful and completely stocked with everything you would need for a beach trip or family reunion. Coolers, umbrella etc. Pools were heated, plenty of seating for a larger crowd. Game room, putting green, bocce ball kept everyone entertained. Property managers were quickly responded to all questions before and during the rental period. Location was awesome, walk to the beach, grocery store, shopping and huge park. Great stay for our family!

We love the place. We rented both houses and it worked out perfect. We didn’t see the little putt putt course and the pictures on the listing so it was a great surprise. Fantastic and fun place to stay!
Our adult children and grandchildren gathered from all across the country to celebrate a special birthday. The property was PERFECT! There was a large house and a smaller (though still three bedroom two bath!) house, that had adjoining yards and two pools. Both houses had game rooms in their garages. It was also a short distance from a really nice playground/park and the beach. Three sets of washers and dryers made it a breeze to keep up with the children's laundry. This was truly a wonderful experience that our family will remember forever.
