Pretty nice place!
Great service and great breakfast offerings! The only thing we didn’t love was the shower. It look like it was in need of repair and the water pressure was so low that it was a bit miserable. Aside from that, the room was great!

Our 2 day stay at the Homewood Suites property was very good. Bed was comfortable, rooms were clean. Free breakfast was pretty good; had a variety of breakfast choices. Staff was always pleasant. It is located in a large shopping mall with lots of different stores. Sometimes it was difficult to find our way in and out of it. There were a couple of minor issues that we did not report. The light bulb in the bathroom was quite dim. It looked like a filament in the bulb had burnt out. Also the bathroom door would not close. Other than that it was okay.

Greetings. The Vent in the bedroom was loaded with dust. The first night I woke with a sore throat. There were 3 screws missing from the vent in the bedroom. The water was shut off due to a guest dismantling pipes in their bathroom. We continued to call the front desk for hours. JC (who was exceptional!!!) he comfort us stating "the water will be on soon" JC relieved us by calling stating "the water is back on" Even though the water was back on in the building; it never came back on in our room 431. toilet had no water to flush the waste in it...the shower never came on and neither did the sink. We called downstairs again and this time we spoke with Renee (she said the plumber was on his way up to our room 431) 20 minutes later..." No plumber" I called downstairs and asked Renee she said " I will call him now find out where he is, I'll call you back" Further, Renee shared with me, "she came at 3:00 p.m. and saw the plumber leaving in his car at 4:30 p.m." Therefore, my husband and I decided to leave the Homewood Suites. The was a disappointment, never had this experience before with Homewood Suites. May I suggest you consider renovating this particular Homewood Suites which is situated in a beautiful upscale establishment. Oh a good note: your Macadamia cookies are exceptional...compliments to the supplier!!. Please fill free to contact me if you need any other information.

First time in Jax. Hotel room very roomy. Beds comfortable. Staff very nice, especially GM at check in. Like options of walkable restaurants and shopping despite the crazy amount of people. Temperature of shower and water pressure in shower almost none. Only negatives.

The only complaint I had was with the room service. It was provided only every other day, and that was problematic. I had to remind the front desk to provide it for my first "other" day. Although I told the front desk that only one fork was included in the silverware, the oversight was never corrected.
