The property has plumbing issues. Our room toilet would not flush all the way. Several other parties in our group had the same issue. I guess plungers were being handed out all night. We had a large coffee stain on our window curtain and the carpet under the window.

Perfect location, very nice staff, everything clean and tidy. Great room with a Kitchen, comfortable mattress and pillows. The from desk person was very nice and friendly. We arrived 2 hours before check in time and she gave us a room! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was greeted by staff that continued texting on her phone while I waited to be checked in. I understand things happen and people have to be on phone but she could have at least spoke to me. Mold in shower and carpets felt dirty. Was on first floor an outside lights are angle to shine in your room all night

This is our second time in 7 months at this hotel. Ample parking is available. Breakfast has a big and tasty variety. It is quiet once in the suites, rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Bedding and couch were somewhat dated. Pillows were not comfortable.

Nice to have a suite w separate room and baths. Full kitchen excluding stove.right at St. John’s so can walk to tons stores and restaurants. The staff were great. I reall have nothing negative. Overall nice place for our needs at the time.

The hotel has wonderful rooms. Mine had a kitchenette - a full-size fridge, and two burner tops. No oven. The room was clean and quiet. Will stay there again.

We left a phone charger in our room. When we called to retrieve it- told to call in the am, we did and told she was busy and would call me in 20 minutes-we showed up at the hotel in 40 minutes since we never got the return call. The house keeper wasn’t there today and she would go look on the cart. Supervisor returned and said it wasn’t there. We recall specifically where it was left-?guess it’s on ebay for sale today. Breakfast was bad- I hate powdered eggs- use real ones for ur prices! Stay at Residence Inn next time - don’t stay here!

Home away from home
Home for a few days before official move to new house. We appreciated the space and having the kitchenette was nice. The location is wonderful right by St John’s Town Center. Breakfast had many options and it was very comfortable to enjoy a meal.

Overall it was a good experience. The hotel was clean and so was our room. Housekeeping does not clean your room everyday unless requested. The hotel as a plus was central to a shopping square where we had plenty of options to shop, dine and play.
