I really don’t have any complaints. I was not sure if the area around the hotels was safe , so I only walked around during the day. The property itself was clean and well maintained. My room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the free breakfast and the food was delicious. I would stay here again.

Worth the stay.
Our stay was nice. Friendly staff allowed early entry. The shuttle was great took us to many spots. After check out was allowed to store luggage and enjoy pool area until later flights.

A surprise upgrade
We didn’t know it till we got into our room that we were upgraded to and bedroom suite, which was a nice surprise. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Not too many choices for non-meat eaters. The breakfast sandwiches all had meat in them.

My only is that I only stayed one night. Large room with fridge, microwave, kitchen with tableware, in house gym, pool, and a really great breakfast. Next time, I’ll book this for longer.

Over my four night stay, we never got any room service. All the garbage were filled and bathroom was dirty. On the 3rd day, I went to the front desk to request towels and room service and they promised me for one but they never did. There was no ice bucket and when I asked for one, I was told no more buckets available. There is also no Safe provided in the room. The fridge kept shutting off all the time, I was told to keep flipping the fuse switch everytime. This beside that everytime I call the front desk, noone would pick up. Lastly, on Sat they decided to provide very poor quality of paper plates instead their normal serving plates. There was absolutely no kind of any service provided to us.

Short Stay
Good for a short stay with family. Room and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and professional. The included breakfast was great and well stocked. Down side was house keeping only comes every other day, soap dispensers in shower were empty, and additional pillows were not available when requested to accommodate our family.
