We’re only here for 12 hours, on our way flying out. Room is clean and quiet. There are lights in the parking lot outside our room, but the curtains don’t close. Not sure why.

We did not get her name but the lovey night clerk made the stay a 10 out of 10 on her own! The room had plenty space for my family of 5 and was clean and the price was just right. Great stay!!

I could not get onto the Wi-Fi. I was told by the front desk I had to be a Hilton honors member which I am. The screen never came up to put in my last name and my room number. So I called the main number for Hilton and they just transferred me back to the front desk. The shower curtain is set up to not close all the way so every shower I got water on the floor. I could hear the conversation of the people next-door to me. You would think building a hotel you will put more soundproofing in between the walls, but that’s just me.

I absolutely loved Ariana (the lady who checked me in). She was so sweet & personable. I was there for an event that ran late. I felt very safe. I liked that the was someone at the entrance all night. The tv had my name on it & said welcome. Small little details like that just make my day. Everyone was nice the next morning as well. I’m pretty sure I’ll be in the area again soon & when I am, I’ll definitely stay here again!

I've stayed here three times. Staff was nice. Bathroom had hair in the sink, floor and bathtub. Room was not very fresh. The price was nice but next time I might consider staying at a different property.

Lousy breakfast selection. Looked like the other hotel breakfast in their commercials. No sausage or bacon. Sad Texas omelet. No hot scrambled eggs. No toast or bagels. Went to Waffle House for breakfast and paid $25 with trip

Great location, friendly staff
Check in was very easy and friendly. We always stay here when we fly out of Jacksonville. Very convenient to airport and offsite parking. Even has a Longhorn in front parking lot! The only criticism this stay is the pillows are terrible. They are super soft and “crumbly “. Very hard to get any kind of head/neck support which really affected my sleep.

My room was infested with Bed bugs. It was miserable. I ended up leaving 2 days before checkout. Had to sanitize all my belongings. The worst part is i tried to contact a manager and was still to this day unable to reach a manager. Stay away! My team and i will never stay here again

We just stayed one night before getting on the cruise out of Jacksonville! Very nice place and walkable to all restaurants and a tap house ! Seemed very safe ! Room was a great price also !
