This hotel appeared to be one of the safer ones where you could trust your vehicle to being in the parking lot. I waited about 20 mins for a cart I had been traveling for a couple weeks so I had a lot of luggage. Had to make 4 trips from the 3rd level to my vehical because there were no carts again in the morning. Went for breakfast the line for buffets was approximately 30 people in each line. Went for a quick fix there was nothing! No yogurt, toast not even an apple or banana. No reg coffee. People were like scavengers. Crazy! Never seen anything like it. I truly believe they need to invest in more carts for people who are unable to tranfer luggage or remind their customers to return carts when done. For the hapicap or elderly.

I’ve stayed here three times, but this was the worst experience. While parking was convenient, loud music from a hotel event blasted through the property, and my requested “quiet room” was placed directly above the noise with windows facing the AC units. With doors closed and earplugs, I managed to sleep, but breakfast was uncomfortable due to individuals walking around barefoot or without pants. This stay felt disorganized and disappointing compared to my previous visits.

racist check-in clerk ruined it for me
The hotel is amazing...unless you get the german lady (Marion) who questions the black guy "are you a real doctor?" when my credit card says "Dr." and then proceeds to tell you that your payment won't go through while she is obviously trying to "check up on you." I called my bank and they confirmed that no payment had been denied, just as my online statement stated. And yes, I did complain to the manager, who was very professional and decent...and didn't even try to defend the racist comment of her staff. It's 2024, and black people can be as qualified as any one else...unless you're Marion from Germany!

Walked in at 5:20 and didn’t get checked in until 6:25. Stood in line and waited for an hour. Apparently, there were two reservations under my name. When I called one week prior to my check-in to verify there was one room book they clarified there was one room and one booking. I had already booked and paid for my booking. When I got there I was told I still owed the deposit and the one night room charge. I told the lady I already paid for my room and showed her I paid. She was able to fix the issue. The system was extremely slow. This process took FOREVER. I finally get to the room. The soap bottle was completely empty. The bed is so uncomfortable. Both me and my guest could hardly sleep. Also, as we were both falling asleep someone started banging on our room door. I have stayed at multiple embassy suites as they are my go to hotel but this has by far been the worst experience I have had. I can usually let a thing or two go as things happen but this will be an experience that will make me not want to come back.

Disappointing Stay - Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance Our experience at this hotel was highly disappointing due to poor cleanliness and lack of maintenance. The carpet was old and visibly dirty, with stains throughout the room, including on the walls and in the bathroom. Many stains were subtle but disgusting upon closer inspection — there were dried spills, fingerprints, and even unpleasant spots around the toilet. The shower had extremely low water pressure, and the drain was partially clogged, making showers uncomfortable. The air conditioning only blew cold air and failed to warm the room despite adjusting the settings. Additionally, the couches and chairs were stained and looked neglected. To make matters worse, when my wife went to the pool, there were no towels available, adding to the overall sense of poor service and management. Overall, the state of the room was unacceptable, and we would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
