The property was overall okay, however, for the price paid I was upset with the faulty thermostat and my sliding glass door did not close all the way making it loud from traffic, could hear my neighbors, and my room was cold due to the thermostat not working correctly

This place was an overall 2 star hotel. There was no fridge, shampoo/conditioner/body wash available in showers. The walls are paper thin and we heard an arguing couple all night. Bathrooms are very very very small, the sink is very small, wall paper is falling off the walls, the glass shower door was off track the whole time. When communicating via the app to the front desk no one answers. Overall for a hilton hotel it was a very bad stay.

I’ve stayed at this property several times and for the most part it’s been an average stay. The hotel definitely needs updating as compared to other hotels in that area. The best thing about the property is the location on the river and being able to have a balcony.

This hotel room was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at. It was filthy, the fan was broken and making an awful noise, the AC was broken, the unit itself was broken, and there was clearly things all over the walls and outside a whole cup of cigarettes

The room felt clean and the bed was comfy. I know paid parking is common now but it kinda sucks to pay Hilton DoubleTree rates and still have to pay $20/night to park and $19.99/person for a typical hotel breakfast. I wouldn’t come back because of that.
