Comfy San Marco Studio

Located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Jax, this studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay! The entire home is yours to enjoy!

Just a few blocks from the St. Johns River, it is also within walking distance to the San Marco strip and downtown Jax! If you are traveling medical professional, it is also conveniently located less than 3 minutes away from the Baptist Hospital, Nemours, and MD Anderson.

This is a studio home in the backyard of my home. The unit has a private entrance, accessible and fenced in with a private parking space, as well as additional parking as needed.

It has a queen-size bed, fold out couch, closet, full kitchen, coffee bar, and in-unit washer/dryer. In addition, a 55-inch Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi. Linens, as well as kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided. The Smart TV uses Roku and Chromecast streaming platforms for you to sign in to.

The studio is accessible via door code.

The entire unit is accessible except for the owner's closet. Which we use for restocking.

In the closet, there is also a provided pack-and-play for the little ones.

We have put a lot of care into the interior and making your stay as pleasant as possible. We hope you enjoy!

There are two parking spaces just outside the gate. One is fully paved, the other is partially paved. Please use the fully paved spot in front of the Guesthouse. The partially paved spot is for the upstairs unit in the main building. There are also spots available at the front of the main building. Parking anywhere in the grass is also available.

If you are looking for food around the area, the San Marco strip is a great spot to check out. Taverna is our favorite there. Nearby, V Pizza is a very good. Some say they have the best wings in Jax. In V Pizza, there is also a cocktail bar called Sidecar, where you can order a delicious cocktail with your food. Another awesome little bar on the strip is Grape & Grain Exchange. For coffee, as well as sandwiches and lunch, Southern Grounds nearby is delicious.

1️⃣ Parties & Events: Hosting parties or events is not permitted unless explicitly approved before your reservation.

2️⃣ Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside or near the front door. If you need to smoke, please use the courtyard or outside the main gate. Kindly dispose of cigarette butts in a sealed container or bag before placing them in the outdoor garbage receptacle. Removing smoke odors can be difficult for future guests. 🚭

3️⃣ Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the property at any time.

4️⃣ Overnight Guests: Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please ensure all guests are listed in your reservation.

5️⃣ Furnishings & Property Care: Please treat all furnishings and belongings with care and respect to maintain a great experience for all guests.

6️⃣ Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. 🛏️🔕

Extra charges may apply for the following, and other reasonable circumstances:
✔️ Smoking inside the unit (including cigarettes, vaping, or any other substances).
✔️ Undisclosed pets or guests staying overnight.
✔️ Damage or missing items from the property.
