This gorgeous 3 bedroom space offers you easy beach access, a covered patio, balcony and community pool just steps away! Get away and enjoy easy living with us on Amelia Island.

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Fernandina Beach is a community of "easy living," and is located on Amelia Island. The town is known for great golf. The beaches are expansive and there are many outdoor activities to take part in nearby. You'll be near several state parks and ecological preserves where wildlife can be observed. Peter's point state park is adjacent to the property, know as a fun sandy beach for fishing and vehicles. Enjoy many shopping and dining options.

This stunning beachfront townhome has three beautiful bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and soft linens for your ultimate comfort. The first bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and offers a private balcony, King bed, and attached bathroom. The second bedroom is also on the 3rd floor and has a Queen bed. The third bedroom is on the top floor and offers a Queen bed, two single beds, and amazing ocean views.

There are two bathrooms in the house, both are located on the 2nd floor. One bathroom is attached to a bedroom and has a walk in shower and nice vanity area. The second bathroom is located down the hall and has a shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
If you enjoy entertaining and socializing, you'll love the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all of the utensils and bakeware you need to cook meals at home. The stackable washer and dryer are located in the kitchen.

The kitchen connects to the dining area, a bright and welcoming space with seating for 6.

The living area in the vacation home is a comfortable and stylish space that is perfect for your whole group. Sit back and relax while watching a movie or taking in the stunning views. Guests will have the added bonus of being able to play the beautiful upright piano, which has a lovely, rich sound. The living room also features a sliding door that leads out to the covered patio, where you can enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆
The covered back porch leads out to a walkway connecting to the beach. The home is located in a quiet area and has a private driveway for you to park in. There is a community pool that is shared with the other townhomes and is right out your door!

Parking is available and limited to 2 full size vehicles or three compact cars. All cars must fit within the driveway, per the HOA.

There are several ways to get around on the island - walking, golf carts, Segways, etc. A car is recommended depending on your plans.



***PLEASE NOTE*** May 1st to October 31st marks Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Please follow Nassau County's guidelines in the property guidebook to protect these cherished creatures. Thank you for your cooperation!

Please be advised parking is limited to 2 full-size vehicles or three compact cars in the driveway only. Towing laws will be strictly enforced. There is no parking allowed on the grass or in other areas of the neighborhood. Recreational vehicles, campers, boats, trailers, trucks above 1/2 ton, commercial vehicles of any size, and buses should not be parked at this property.

Please take out all trash at the end of your stay. All household trash must be secured in sturdy plastic bags and placed inside the dumpster located at the south end of the property. All other items must be disposed of at the owner's expense. Please do not litter.

Due to strict HOA policies and rules, no pets or grilling are allowed.
• Bringing a pet will result in a minimum fine of $500. However, ADA service dogs are allowed. Please notify us first as we will need to inform the Homeowners Association.
• Gas Grills, Charcoal Grills, Electric Grills, Hibachis, or similar electrical devices are prohibited, and use of these may result in a fine. Grilling devices can only be used by named owners of the property under the Community Home Association guidelines.

Serene beachfront
We could not have a had a better experience for the weekend. The residence was large enough to provide togetherness and quiet moments alone for our party of 8 adults. The beach was beautiful, weather perfect, we were thrilled with our weekend in Amelia Island.

The stay was amazing, to be able to just walk out to the beach, and store were so close, food was great, we went to getaway, relax, and eat good food. We got to do all that, it would have been nice to have extra TP, and there was a fire from fireworks and a neighbor that was a local was very rude to my niece.

Great location
Great location. Condo's photos are accurate. But having painters on the deck and patio was a bit intrusive. I saw the construction disclaimer but when they’re on the patio you’re paying good money to rent, it’s a bit much. The residents next to me chose not to Vrbo due to that problem
