Great place, everyone was friendly on arrival with an early check in. We spend the day at the beach, and each night with a short walk to fabulous restaurants. We will be back!

Our room at Schoolhouse Inn was fine for a one night stay, but lacked storage eg drawers, flat spaces. The property was spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful

It felt quaint and historic, but lacked the shabbiness other places like it have. It was spotless, smelled good, everything worked perfectly. The intimate little bar off the lobby had nice entertainment. Really a great place we would visit again anytime. 20 restaurant within easy walking distance, as well as the historic district.

This was our second stay at the Amelia Schoolhouse Inn. It is beautifully designed. Everything seems brand new, and it exceptionally clean. The location is very convenient. We parked when we arrived and did not get back in our car until we departed. We walked to all favorite Fernandina spots. We will be back.

EXCELLENT! Do yourself a favor, and book a room!
My wife and I booked a stay here after we had a terrible experience with the Seaside Amelia Inn. All of the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The building itself is really unique and cool. The room was comfortable. I can not say enough great things about this place! They really turned what started as a terrible trip, into an amazing vacation we will always remember. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to Amelia Island! If I had any complaint about this location, it would be that the air conditioning kept the room just barely cool enough for me, however I tend to like my room colder than most people. It would not keep me from staying here again, because we loved everything else about this place so much! Location is great, right near the downtown area!

This was a very uinique property. Lots of attention to details and lots of comforts in the room. I didnt see or hear any kids, which was nice, the property was very well maintained and safe. Very close to the nightlife and restaurants. Very much enjoyed our stay.
