We tried to check in at 3:30. Check in started at 3:00. We waited a half hour and still were unable to get to our room because it was not ready. They had a shortage of housekeeping staff. They put our name on a waitlist along with many others who were waiting for a clean room. We finally left to go to our event and came back at midnight to check in. Our room was clean. All of the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. However, it was very disappointing that we could not check in when we wanted to.

The staff working the front desk were friendly and helpful, but the person doing the breakfast was pretty bad. She would not restock the food. 2 out of 3 days I specifically had to ask for even butter because there was none. There was no oatmeal 2 out of 3 days. One day it was an hour before breakfast was suppose to close, I ask for more boiled eggs. She told me No. The only other option was biscuiis and gravy which looked awful.
