No one at the desk for check in at 10:30 for 20 minutes. Hair in bathroom. Beds thin. Then, 12:30 at night - another couple tried to come in the room as front desk had assigned them the same room two hours later

We stayed as a small family for a few days. It was nice to get a hot breakfast every morning. The hotel has a friendly vibe and seems geared towards family which was a plus. Only thing is the pillows could have been better. Otherwise and overall great stay.

This is a newer property. Has a college dorm type feel, open common areas activities to hang out -foosball tables, computer tables, etc. Staff is young, energetic, very welcoming.

First we were told we didn’t have a room reserved although I had a confirmation # through Expedia and they had my credit card on file. Then they had a room available when I pressed them on it but when we got there the air conditioner didn’t work. Overall we weren’t overly impressed. The staff tried but seemed overwhelmed and maybe could use more help during check ins.

My kids greatly enjoyed the foosball tables in the lobby. The swimming pool was nice and the guest laundry room was very convenient. The front desk clerk was extremely helpful in providing personal care products for an emergency and gave great tips on how to use the Hilton Honors app for unlocking our room if we forgot our key. The only negative was that the room lacked any sort of dresser to keep underclothes and socks in.
