Dirty, unsafe and not good ambiance
Checked in with my 2 year old and my husband and upon arrival the hotel was dirty, hallways smelled like weed, trash everywhere and we didn’t feel safe. We were traveling to Florida from texas. This is not a safe place for families. We ended up leaving and stayed at the Sheraton. Front desk was very nice but overall it was a traumatic experience.

The room we had was not good at all. The air conditioning was poor, the toilets need repair and there were roaches. The lady who greeted us had great customer service and she really deserves recognition she is really the only reason we didn't make a huge deal about the lack of comfort. For $300 dollars a night I could have stayed in a better hotel.

Everything was great except the bugs. It’s like the place is infested with crickets. In a matter of 2 days, I killed 7 crickets. It just made me very paranoid to even be in the room.
