The bathroom needs a full reno. Floor was patched not fixed. Bathtub terrible condition. Water good. Black mold on ceiling. Fan not working. No coffee / tea machine in room. Floors need to have "lysol" or other antibacterial cleaner. Bed bouncy. Weird setup with mattress. Lamp shades etc never been cleaned or even dusted.

The outside of the hotel looks okay. Things have been recently repainted. The neighborhood isn't attractive, but it doesn't seem particularly unsafe. The location is very convenient to both the interstate and the entire rest of the city. The interior of the room was clean but in very poor repair. The bathroom floor looked like it was about to collapse. Light fixtures were loose and damaged. The place is falling apart, but it was clean and repainted.

Filthy, broken fittings in the bathroom, doors delaminating, leaking toilet, noisy A/C, chewing gum on the floor in the bathroom, mouldy smell, light bulbs blown, cigarette burns on the bath, half painted surfaces. On check in was asked for a credit card deposit to be refunded in the morning. On check out had to wait while the room was checked! Told the deposit refund would take up to a week.. overall atrocious.

I stayed one night with my daughter. The location was convenient to Lambuth campus. The bedding was dirty and the pillows non existent but, the actual bed was comfortable. The area around motel seemed sketchy. Front desk staff was super accommodating and friendly.
