Had I known how terrible of quality this was I wouldn’t have booked it. It’s not even a get what you pay for it’s overpriced for the abysmal quality. The door didn’t have a secondary safety lock, the peephole had a napkin in it, the place where a fire alarm may have previously been had a paper towel in it, the clean blankets were stained, the ‘clean’ wash cloth in the room had a body hair and was crusty, the toilet seat was broken, the blinds to protect light and privacy had a rip in them and I had to place the chair
cushion on the windowsill to prevent someone from potentially looking inside the window. The hotel states it has WiFi but was not provided the WiFi password at check in. The DirectTv the allegedly have only has maybe 10 channels that are fuzzy. They were supposed to just place a hold on the $50 deposit that’s required but instead it cleared through my bank. I tried calling the hotel and the clerk there was extremely rude and condescending and didn’t understand what I was trying to explain to him. Now I have to go through my bank to get my deposit back because it CLEARED through my account instead of it just being a HOLD on my account. When I was told at checkout that it would be REFUNDED to me. 0/10. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I have pictures of everything.
