There was Indian food left in microwave, the ceiling stained, no toiletries, no ice bucket, card had to be reset every day, towels were stained an dirty, bathtub was nasty
I paid a lot of money for a room that was filled with pnats and holes in the wall behind the mini fridge. All the lights did not properly work, and air conditioner had a shortage.
Filthy, broken down, smelly room and stained furniture. Black stained white towels. Terrible, rude, customer service from employee at front desk. Did not stay. Checked out 10 minutes after checking in and viewing the room. Have pics and video. Will be contacting Expedia and management and requesting full refund.
Night teller extremely racist..owner extremely rude..throws keys at u instead of handing them to you..bed covers and sheets dingy and damp..walls had huge holes in them..the air conditioner barely worked..the outlets didn’t work at all..and the towels looked like someone was changing oil with them and I saw roaches as well

We booked a room through Expedia late in the evening as we decided to stop in Jackson. When we arrived at the hotel, all lights were out and the hotel had no power. The city was hit with a storm and many places had no power. The night manager was outside the office of the motel and advised us that we could not check in or honor the reservation. Other cars pulled as well. We all had to leave and keep trying. I have tried several times to get customer help through Expedia and the hotel to refund the payment. No response has been given. This has been a frustrating experience. Please understand that I am a consistent user of Expedia and book 30 nights a year or so. I have never had an experience like this.
Very run-down property. First room smelled of smoke and mildew. Staff was willing to change room assignment. Second room was missing light bulbs and t.v. remote. Staff provided remote.
